What can you build from your scraps? I made an MDF Jack O’Lantern from Minecraft. I think Kids would love this. it just uses an L.E.D USB Light strip. I think it also make a nice halloween project. It could be used as an alternative to the traditional pumpkin carving. By having MDF pumpkins you can insure you want need to worry about them going off.

Since Minecraft uses pixel graphics, you can apply a pencil grid, which will make Jack O'Lantern more similar to the original 🙂
