This is step by step tutorial about how I made a Minecraft sword using craft foam as the main material. Cutting the squares with a punch will make it much easier to make, but you can also cut the “pixels” by hand. The punch I use cuts 18 mm side squares, but the bigger your punch cuts the squares, the bigger the sword will be. The result is very pretty, light and comfortable to grab minecraft sword.
